My crafting mojo has been AWOL for a couple of weeks so it is really good to be able to craft again. Just a simple card today for this weeks challenge at CD Sunday - 'Wings and Legs'
The base card is from the Fairyopolis collection by Crafters Companion.
The Image is from the Precious petals CD by Joanna Sheen
I have mounted the image on several layers of card from my scrap box and embellished with toning fabric flowers and a sparkly brad.

Tag You're It!

A Valentine card today for this week's challenge at CD Sunday 'Tag You're It'.
I have used 3 backing papers from Joanna Sheen's Victorian Romance CD.
The tag is one I made some time ago using a Penny Black stamp. I have embellished with a bow made on my new Bowdabra - looks a tad too big but this was my first try - I will work on getting it right!

A vintage feel to my card today.
Backing paper by Websters Pages
Lacey frame from 'Creating with vintage patterns' CD by Crafty Secrets
Cherub with vintage camera stamp also by Crafty Secrets. The word 'Smile' computer generated. I think this little cherub is quite enchanting!
A little bit of distressing with TH Distress inks and embellished with fabric flowers and floral brad.

The main image and text is cut out from the Eureka magazine (supplement in this weeks Times) which was all about time machines!
I have used stamps by Creative Expressions 'Vintage Illusions' and a couple of 'travel' stamps from my stash.

Made for an Angel

A card today for someone special. I will send it after Christmas as a 'thank-you'.
The main topper is a freebie download from Ooh La La from Quick Makes for Christmas Makes CD. I have only used 3 layers of decoupage although there are 6 on the sheet!. I have matted the image onto sparkly white card and embellished with silver brads and an angel charm. I have added the text on the computer.

Steampunk

My tag today for this weeks challenge at TIO
Not 100% sure what this steampunk is all about but anyway I gave it go!

The base tag is made from a bit of paper from the Botanicals pad by Prima
The locomotive wheel, cogs and sentiment are stamps from Creative Expressions 'Vintage Illusion'
I have embellished with distress crackle glue, ribbon. small acrylic dome and a brad. I have used a selection of Distress Inks to colour the background.
