Here is my entry for this week's challenge at CD Sunday -Victorian Beauties.
The image is by the Victorian artist Dante Gabriel Rossetti from The Age of Elegance CD by Joanna Sheen. The image has been mounted on brown and gold mirri card. The base card is by Kanban. The sentiment is from the same cd and the black adhesive lace is from Hobbycraft.

The card was created in CAP2. The lace background was a backing paper from the Jayne Netley Mayhew Digistamp CD by Joanna Sheen. The images and ribbon and gems are from the Spring Fairies digikit.

Someone Special

My beautiful granddaughter Lilah will be 3 soon and she is one special little lady.

The backing paper and characters were taken from various digikits and the card was created in Craft Artist 2.

I 'googled' the image and mounted it on turquoise mirri card. The backing paper is fron Debbie Moore's CD Deco Rome

Something Old, Something New

Here is my entry for this weeks challenge at CD Sunday - 'Something old, something new'
The main image is from Scentimental CD by Jems Designs. I chose the Orange rose blossom image.
The backing paper is from my newest CD Embossabilities by Sharon Duncan. I chose the gold on orange colourway.
I embellished with 2 fabric flowers probably the oldest items in my stash.

I found the image in my stash in  a QVC kit from many moons ago! The die cuts are my new mirror image leafy swirls Signature dies from Joanna Sheen - I can see these are going to be useful. The backing paper is from my newish Sharon Duncan CD Embossibilities.

Quotations

Have been AWOL for quite a few weeks now but am gradually crawling out of the dark tunnel. My effort this week is a simple card to stand in front of a fabulous photo I have of my 2 beautiful grandchildren, taken last Christmas.
The images have been taken from the CD Grandma's Button Box by Katy Sue Designs. Some of the embellishments have been taken from various CA digikits. The quote is in my 'quote book' where I copy useful verses and quotations when I see them.

Tantalizing Turquoise

The image is from a My Craft Studio CD - Quintessential Country Garden. I have used the effcts feature to change the colour to turquoise.The image has been mounted on turquoise holographic card. I have embellished with some butterfly dies (Signature dies) and some matching adhesive gems.
